Type - office building
In this project, we worked with an MEP contracting firm to create shop drawings of plumbing services in BIM. Our input was 2D design drawings from which, we developed Plumbing BIM models. Coordination with other services done through the BIM coordination meetings. Our final output was coordinated plumbing models and its shop drawings.
Restaurant Depot, CT WATERBURY, USA

In this project, we worked with a Mechanical contracting firm to create shop drawings of HVAC ducts in BIM. Our input was 2D design drawings from which, we developed HVAC BIM models. Coordination with other services done through the BIM coordination meetings. Our final output was coordinated HVAC duct models and its shop drawings.

In this project, we worked with an Electrical contracting firm to create shop drawings of Electrical lights, conduits and cable trays in BIM. Our input was 2D design drawings from which, we developed Electrical BIM models. Coordination with other services done through the BIM coordination meetings. Our final output was coordinated Electrical models and the shop drawings of light, cable trays and conduits.

Type - Library (Renovation work)
In this project, we worked with a Mechanical contracting firm to create shop drawings and as-built of HVAC ducts. Our input was 2D design drawings from which, we developed HVAC BIM models. We received the details of existing services through site photos and mark-up’s. Our final output was coordinated HVAC duct shop drawings and as-built drawings.

In this project, our scope was to model the HVAC ducts and do its coordination using BIM. Our input was 2D design drawings and design models from design consultant. From those inputs, we developed HVAC BIM models. Coordination with other services done through the BIM coordination meetings. Our final output was coordinated HVAC duct BIM model.
